Bank of Ireland issues banknotes in denominations of £5, £10, £20, £50 and £100 and, until 2008, all current issue note denominations were from the Queen's University Belfast Series.

In 2008, the bank released a new series of £5, £10 and £20 notes known as the Bushmills Series. However, the £50 and £100 denominations from the Queen's University Belfast remain the current issue.  To access detailed information about the design and security features of all current issue notes please click on any of the images below.

Older notes

Older £5, £10 and £20 notes from the Queen's University Belfast Series are still in circulation and some may have different dates and signatures from those shown here. However the security features will remain the same.
